Are you ready to meet God? She is ready to meet you.

Recently I rediscovered the diary my dear Mama had written the first year of my life and given to me on my 18th birthday. What a life changing gift to receive and to revisit the experiences, feelings and encounters I lived for the very first time - a synchronicity which is divinely timed to be rediscovered as I enter into this new phase of being. Rather than digest in one go, I decided to use it re-live the first year of my life starting from today. Each day morning I would read how I lived this very first day in my existence, and then contemplate before moving out into my day today - 30 years later. 

It is my Mama who has also inspired me to sit and write today. As she has embarked on a new chapter of her life out in St Lucia, she has begun to write and share her experiences and rediscovery of lust in life. We can all sit on lived experience as something for us to own, but that means we will never inspire others into exploring new dimensions of themselves. It is through our own dissemination of experience, inner creativity and views of the world that we establish empathy, diversity and inspiration. I have definitely been guilty of simply living and experiencing some of the most profound beauty of life, without sharing to inspire others. Once again, my dear and inspirational mother, through her own creativity inspired me to make this move. Writing and sharing as a means to inspire the change which we all have capable within. 

On the morning of 11th August 1988 I was four months old, and I spent with family and the love that reverberated from them - my mum, aunty, sister and cousins. Before the time when communication was instant and online, you would visit friends and family with no agenda but to allow love to exist. Something which feels lost in the world we live in today. Today I reverberated this love through a WhatsApp voice note to a dear sister needing some support. The evolved version of how we reflect the loving energy which runs innately within us.

In the afternoon of the 11th August 1988 I visited Winchester Cathedral for the very first time. The ancient capital of England and a holy place where pinnacle sacred activity unfolded throughout time. With friends and relatives, I took in the high vibrations and thousands of years of mysticism and history, I’m sure in a pure state of wonder and awe. Sacred spaces are still a big part of my life today, as I visit through feeling each time I visit a new part of the world. Knowing now that the only land we ever need to pilgrimage to is our our being, our body, I still become drawn by places of significant peace which certainly amplify my own inner experience and contact with the diving. 

Today, on the 11th August 2019 I have a feeling it is a very special day, to come back to myself after weeks of giving outwards and holding space of others. As I went out for a walk, something pulled me in to visit the thatched church at the end of the road, bringing me back into to the awe and wonder I was experiencing 31 years ago at Winchester Cathedral. As I left, on the notice board I see a sign: “Get ready: Today is the day to meet god”

It’s funny that we need prompting to remind us of the innate beauty which exists within us at all times. I feel Her - as I do most days I consciously decide to slow my pace down down.

I very much love the story about the man who went to space and was asked by a family member whether he met god? He responded with complete certainty, Yes, and she is black.  

It really unpicks how thorough the rise and fall of the Christianity and The church, have been led to believe that God is some mystical A-type being who exists outside of ourselves and has the power to make decisions on our behalf. With this unconscious pattern, we are at the helm of someone else power, becoming powerless in our own existence. We allow life to control us rather than us control life.

Through my life journey understanding and learning about religion, philosophy and spirituality - I have very quickly discovered that God is not a higher being, man, dressed in white living up above us. God is the pure energy which exists within us, and is present each and every day. And we can access the power when we allow ourselves a moment to ourselves, to slow down, take a breath. 

As we raise in consciousness and continue to acknowledge the presence of god within us - we quickly learnt that the more we are able to give and care for ourselves through food, care, activity - the more of the divinity we begin to experience. The more we experience, the more love we have to give outwards. 

This god within us is the driving force which allows us to step into the driving seat of our lives. To acknowledge that the thoughts are the language of the mind, and feelings are the language of the body. When we begin to control our thoughts, we begin to control our feeling state. When we begin to feel into new possibilities before they’ve taken shape, the possibility becomes a reality. 

What prevents us from forming these new possibilities of realities? Not feeling worthy enough to receive. Or feeling a victim of our own past experience. It is the Cause and Effect Newtonian perspective science which has restrained our thinking to a certain level.

We sit in life, waiting to… create a (cause) to feel and (effect)

Heal to feel whole

Find a Relationship to feel love

Find Success to feel empowered

Have a Mystical experience to feel the awe of life

If we take this perspective in life, we are going to be waiting a very long time to arrive at the feeling state we all long for - we are placing the power of how we feel into material causes. Into things.

Instead, the perspective which I am increasingly learning and incorporating into my teachings is that of the Quantum field - of the energetics of humans, the universe and our existence. When we take this approach to life, we begin to empower ourselves to take the driving seat of life, as when we do, we can sit back and receive all that is destined for our path. 

Moment you feel whole you will heal

Moment you feel love you will be blessed with the relationship

Moment you feel empowered the success will arrive

Moment you felt the awe of life you will be blessed with mystical experience

I’m not saying that it’s easy to arrive on this - it is work - but with the power of our mind, we can dupe our body into feeling into a new reality. When we do, within a moment, our whole world opens up to the divine and we really do experience god - in all her worldly and mystical ways.

Lets drop the role of playing victim. As we move into a new realm of heightened consciousness, we need to consciously untether ourselves from the experiences, people and places which are delivering the same thought processes and emotions. As soon as we do, we start to acknowledge this energetic, godly charge we have within us can be purposed to receive whatever is it we seek. 

I am living testament to this philosophy. And can share with you hundred of ways I have felt into a new experience to deliver it as a reality - from a new pair of headphones, to the healing space I’ve not created on the Isle of Wight. This all came to me with very little force, simply feeling into the possibility and allowing it to come in its divine timing.
