Restore: Yin sessions

Weekly Yin yoga sessions, guided by Laura.

Receive guidance to set up your sacred space at home. Connect to the playlist. Get comfy, tune in, and be bought back home to yourself.

This is a wind down session, guided with the intention to relax your nervous system before sleep. Sessions will include breathwork, guided meditation and simple yin asana’s to restore and renew your energies.

Expect to leave feeling floating on a cloud and ready for a deep and revitalising sleep.

You don’t have to be a yogi or monk to join in, our Yin classes are open and accessible to anyone with a curious mind and desire to connect more deeply with the body.
